Shipping Policy

All orders are prepared and shipped from Portugal.

1. Portugal

Standard delivery: €2.95

Free standard delivery is available on orders of €35 or more.

Estimated delivery time: 3–5 business days.

2. European Union

Tracked delivery: €7.90

Free tracked delivery is available on orders of €75 or more.

Estimated delivery time: 5–8 business days.

Shipping is currently available to the European Union destinations enabled at checkout, excluding Cyprus.

3. Delivery Estimates

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by the carrier, destination, public holidays or circumstances outside TEKILA's reasonable control.

The shipping methods and costs available for a specific order are displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

4. Order Dispatch and Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive the relevant order confirmation and tracking information where applicable.

Please ensure that the delivery address provided at checkout is complete and accurate.

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address.

If an order cannot be delivered because the address provided was incorrect or incomplete, additional shipping costs required to resend the order may be charged to the customer where applicable.

6. Returned or Undeliverable Parcels

If a parcel is returned to TEKILA because delivery could not be completed, please contact us through our Contact page.

We will review the circumstances and provide the available options for redelivery or refund, subject to applicable consumer rights and any shipping costs incurred.
